The Bystander
The role of the Bystander is a vital link in the chain of
survival as well as keeping our communities emergency prepared.
"The Bystander" radio show is dedicated to those
men, women and children who have taken an active part in
keeping their community emergency ready. The show is aired
in 30 cities nationwide with a gala of special guests from
local, state or national leaders and emergency medical experts,
to public celebrities who will inform the listeners of first
hand emergency experiences, new life saving technology,
Homeland Security updates, safeguards and dangers and life
supporting skills, among many other topics. "The Bystander"
is hosted by Dane Neal and Carol J. Spizzirri.

Bystander Guests
Dr. Peter Safar (Father of CPR) while serving on SALF's
Medical Advisory Board from 1993 to 2003, Safar brought his Life
Supporting First Aid authentication to SALF's programs, and
his world renowned undisputed reputation in resuscitation
research to the organization. Dr. Safar Passed away in 2003. |
David Hasselhoff joined SALF in 1994 as Honorary
Chairman, lending his name and life saving reputation,
to encourage viewers to use the practices they witnessed
each week, on his worldwide television show
"Baywatch", so others could serve in an
emergency. |
Rudy Giuliani, a recent guest on "The Bystander"
radio show, and probably one of the most famous mayors
ever, voiced his observations of importance of Americans
