The Illinois Municipal League, SALF's loyal partner, met in Springfield this past week. One of the feature events was to tour the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum and Library. Mayor Timothy J. Davlin has welcomed over 200,000 visitors to this historic Illinois landmark since its formal dedication on April 19, 2005 by President George W. Bush. This is not an ordinary museum but a state of the art and an increditable experience that can only be witnessed by walking through the life of Abraham Lincoln. A must to see and a learning experience for all. Quoting Abraham Lincoln "A house divided against its self can not stand, isn't it time to get that house in order?".
