Workplace Heroes Week Proclamation

Mayor Rita Mullins, Palatine, awarded Carol Spizzirri for her efforts to emergency prepare citizens, especially children, should they be faced with a man-made, natural, or personal disaster. This award is given each year to those deemed most deserving.
