SCHILLER PARK, Ill., Oct. 2 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The following was released today by the Save A Life Foundation (SALF):
At 3:50 p.m. September 22, Sheriff's Deputies outside of Atlanta Georgia finally caught up with Peter Heimlich, defendant and estranged son of Dr. Henry Heimlich (Heimlich Maneuver) and possible heir to the Arthur Murray Dancing fortune.
While avoiding over 20 prior attempts by the Sheriff and others to serve him over the last year alone, and operating under numerous aliases, Peter Heimlich, has continued in his own words his "life's work" to destroy his father, even while being a central figure in a federal lawsuit in Ohio, and a co-defendant in the pending case in Cook County Illinois where Peter's summons was filed Tuesday September 30th. Both cases remain active.
Defendant Heimlich was served last week as part of the Save A Life Foundation's (SALF) case against him and two alleged co-conspirators in Cook County Illinois. SALF filed the complaint contending tortuous interference in an attempt to prevent defendant Heimlich from continuing his attacks against the Foundation and its stakeholders.
His latest run in with the Sheriff is a first hopeful step towards a final end to defendant Heimlich and his co-defendant's multi-year campaign against his 89-year-old father and the many others, including SALF, that he has targeted. This all part of their alleged conspiracy to cause damage, by efforts through multi-media, emailing, telephone and the U.S. Postal Service.
Peter Heimlich, creating his very own "Maneuver," reportedly mails packets of self-assembled, often self-created negative information from his own website, or employs members of the media to assist in his endeavors including a Chicago ABC 7 "I Team" report from 2006 which according to Peter Heimlich's own accounts he helped create and is "responsible for."
According to court documents from multiple cases, the negative media stories he works to create are then forwarded to his many victims' stakeholders and posted along with his own disguised comments to various blogs and websites. One site used is citmedialaw.com, comments attributed to Peter have been made describing this as an objective "site covering the case" against him, however the page dedicated to the SALF lawsuit appears to actually just be a mostly a repository used by Peter Heimlich for chosen web and court document posts.
Federal Agencies and Members of Congress have been aware of defendant Peter Heimlich's methods and agenda for over a year and often cannot comment because of the pending legal matters and investigations.
In addition, court documents reflect Peter Heimlich has submitted multiple Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests under false names and false pretenses regarding individuals and groups he has targeted in efforts to damage. Both the illegal use of the U.S. Postal Service and fraudulently obtaining federal agency documents are federal crimes that could carry as much as 5 to 10 years for each offense if convicted. Currently the FEMA Inspector General, the U.S. Postal Inspector and the FBI as well as entities not yet identified are looking into this behavior and are monitoring the pending cases.
Besides his elderly father, Peter Heimlich has apparently targeted as many as 30 victims in alleged efforts to damage and destroy their business, employment or political campaigns for his own personal satisfaction, including his own brother Phil Heimlich (a former Hamilton County Commissioner), current Ohio Congressional candidate Victoria Wulsin and multiple reporters who apparently he feels do not cooperate fully with him.
